Album Shipping Information
All wedding albums after approval are assembled at our suppliers. Once we receive delivery of the album and go through our own checks, you can expect to receive your album 3-4 weeks after you have approved the design.
MyHermes — £10 flat rate
Royal Mail 24H — £18 flat rate
Royal Mail 1st Class Signature On Delivery – £15 flat rate
Collecting in person by appointment is free.
Workshops Delivery
All workshops sold in this shop are digitally purchased and do not require shipping, designated meeting points for each workshop will be emailed one week before the workshop date.
Album Returns & Exchanges
Once an album is approved the design is going to print and all orders are final. Wedding Albums can not be returned or exchanged if your change you're mined on design after approval and delivery. All albums are checked twice upon posting for any damages or defects from the supplier. If an Album is defective i.e print, glue or binding we will exchange it for a replacement of the same album and design.
Workshops Cancelations & Exchanges
As our cost for each workshop remains the same no matter how many delegates attend, please note we are unable to give refunds in the event of un-attendees, regardless of your circumstances for not attending.
The exception to this is if we have prior notice and are able to put a cancellation place back online and your place is resold. In this event, we will of cause make a full refund or credit to you. We also reserve the right to cancel any workshop (which rarely happens but is always a possibility), if there is insufficient demand, especially if it means that our costs would be higher than our income.
Please, therefore, do not leave it until the last few weeks if you are interested in a particular date, as you may find that it has been removed! Please note that we cannot be liable for any other costs incurred by you, so please check with us before booking any non-refundable accommodation or transport.
